Delivery Instructions:
Please send us by fax your purchase order form, for us to facilitate your order. We can deliver your floral arrangements daily (Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm). Please give at least 2 days advance notice for deliveries outside Metro Manila or outside the Philippines.
Refund and Cancellations Policy:
Once the product has been materialized or delivered, we are unable to make a refund. Refunds will only be done if we are unable to deliver the floral arrangements on the expected date as agreed by both parties. Cancellation must be done at least 1 day prior to the delivery date.
